Anyone not familiar with the original Battlestar Galactica will find this, "meh" but those of us long time fans that wanted more of this world.(not the reimagined version). The PDF material provided upon purchase explains how this series came to be and is very interesting. So the lack of his voice as a major character in the production is a glaring void, as is the absence of Dirk Benedict. Sadly Richard was to be a part of the project and was instrumental in getting all the actors on board but died before it materialized. We have a couple of old recordings inserted from Lorne Green & Richard Hatch. I thought there could be a little more gusto to the performances, because they certainly had more depth in the TV series but after all these years, to get something like this from a dearly loved show that ended way too soon is simply amazing. Thus, the caveat at the beginning of the review.
